Panel Building
At GNV Technology Ltd., we design and construct control panels for both retrofitting older panels and accommodating new construction projects. These Control Panels adhere strictly to CSA and ULC Certification standards. All ducks and wiring are meticulously arranged, with each wire marked to correspond with engineering drawings and neatly housed within the ducting.
We have extensive experience in building PLC systems utilizing I/O modules from leading brands, and we possess the capacity to program most systems in-house. Before shipment, rigorous testing is conducted on every input and output, whether digital or analog. Whether incorporating a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) or a Soft Starter, we excel in configuring drives and conducting comprehensive testing on motors. In instances where a Fieldbus communication system is utilized, such as DevicNet, Modbus, Profibus, or others, we employ our proprietary in-house program on the PLC to ensure seamless operation.
